Coca-Cola (NYSE:KO) to come down?

A friend wrote “Appears KO is headed down for a price around $50….

Buy a $60 PUT, with a STOP @ $58.84.”

And this is what I responded with:

I prefer to take trades where there is no ambiguity.

Have you considered that wave 4 is finished in the bigger picture where it came down as abc-x-abc and the second abc was equal to the first? Besides, the rally is in 5 waves. We could come down slightly and then start climbing again as wave 3 of bigger wave 5....

With these kinds of possibilities, I will be cautious.
